casual budget the story of this deck: a friend of mine (not very good mtg player bought a standard Valakut Ramp deck and wanted to go to a qualifier tournament the day after). I took about 20 minutes (at most) to find all the cards I could and build something that could kill with Valakut. Never played valakut before so I just collected cards that I thought might work... I played against the above mentioned player and went like 6:0 so he has quite a lot to learn. ^_~
